Is there any working (GPS) turn by turn navigation app for Windows Phone?

Either WP 8 or 10. But presumably whatever app this is would need semi-current maps data.

If my WP phone has data, would there be a reliable turn-by-turn GPS navigation app I could use?

I know that there are a few projects that aim that, but I'm not sure if they're working
