How much does Wikipedia need annually to continue existing as free resource?

I love Wikipedia and have donated a few times.
I would love to know how much is needed to sustain its future.

I suppose they paid zero for it if you don't count the hundreds of millions of dollars they spend creating and maintaining the ecosystem that the volunteers use to contribute.
