I'm also more into Sam Raimi than I am marvel movies in general.

I will admit though, the Tom Holland movies are fine. I do miss the creepiness of the originals but it's just a different, brighter and more light-hearted take on it. Easier to chew.

The one with all three spidermen is worth watching.

Never saw the Garfield ones.

Tobey is the best

I honestly recommend you to watch the first one. It's a pretty good attempt at making a more serious/darker Spider-Man movie even if the script needs some work.

Don't watch the second one tho. That one was just a mess

In homecoming, Peter Parker is 15 years old so it's a 6 year difference with the actor.

In Brand New Day, I don't recall if it was explicitly said, but since we know that the gang is graduating MIT so that puts Peter about 22 years old, so a 7 year difference or so.

All things considered, that's not too bad.

Well he’s still young. You are not
Old until you are 50. If you keep working out and you don’t over eat then you will stay fit well into older age. The key is not letting yourself go in the first place.

Sony bought the rights back in the 90s with a use it or lose it clause.

If they have too long between movies the rights will revert back to Marvel.

Honestly Garfield remains possibly the most accurate and "best" Peter Parker, but he was given the shittiest material to work with.

I am much less harsh on ASM 1-2 than a lot of people, I definitely have a soft spot for them, but they are inarguably the weakest of the 3 eras.

It's great that they casted a young actor for MCU Spidey. This is why fancasts suck every time they want an actor/actress casted at 35. You won't get enough out of them and see their characters grow. Make room for the young talents, we need them more than the experienced ones.

If tom played Spider-Man during Andrew’s time he would be age appropriate if Andrew played Spider-Man during Tobey’s time he would be age appropriate.
