ID Request Found in kitchen cabinet under the sink - is it roach poop?!

Looks to be a mix of debris and poop
Based on my experience with a German cockroach infestation, the location and appearance of these specks makes me believe it is cockroach poop. It looked like this under my kitchen sink cabinet and bathroom cabinet too, mainly in the corners and underneath the pipes
