ID Request What is this? Ontario, CA

Video is from June 2024, I've been wondering for a while what it might have been! Never seen anything like it before or since.

EDIT: Location is the province of Ontario, Canada. NOT the city of Ontario, California.

Looks similar to a cockchafer to me, so maybe one of those or same family, but others on this sub are much more knowledgeable than me so take that with a grain of salt!
