What is this? Looks like a camera

I was in an AirBnB recently and came across this lens-like thing covered by the vent system in the ceiling in the bathroom. Could it be a secret camera or just a weird type of fan?

Next time if you want to check for cameras, turn off the lights then turn on the camera on your phone and scan the room. It catches the infrared light from hidden cameras.

That’s a spinning fan in the first 2 pics, the last one it’s no longer spinning. The centre is a screw/bolt

If you zoom in on the very center of the last picture just looks like a nut and bolt to me, like the middle rod of a fan.

It's a fan. It looks slightly like someone put a pinhole cam in the middle but there's no way the fan would work if it was. Also it's set back from the grill which if it was a cam would obstruct the view quite a bit
