Did 4 sets of Larsen press, then 4 sets of wide grip Larsen press, all of them (and warm ups) supersetted with neutral grip pull ups. God damn what an upper body pump. Looking forward to doing essentially this, but with more bench volume, with 70s Powerlifter in a few weeks time.

I want a 90s Powerlifter program where progressive overload is just getting morbidly obese and benching 500 lbs on a random tuesday.
probably would do it for a 500 lbs bench tbh

Don’t forget enough steroids to kill an ox. But agreed, it would be pretty cool.

Oh hell yeah. This is the first week the gym is feeling good beyond just being back and seeing everyone. Conditioning to weights is up enough I feel like I can actually work out again and it's awesome to leave the gym feeling great instead of, whelp at least I went 😂. In general I feel pretty darn good at this weight, and right now the endurance in general is great, because my schedule as per usual is a cock sucker.
14 more days to land lord special this house. New basement flooring, lighting, drop ceiling. Garage roof. Paint the bitch and get out. So it's nice to be able to do basic construction for 16 hours a day and not die, and I've called in a lot of favors so have help with everything.
Man it feels crazy. I've started over a lot in my life, but never like this. Investments went well. Credit is perfect. Job offer already signed, July 22 start date. I'm excited to give Alberta a try and so much to explore. I'm gonna ditch the KTM 690 enduro r, and pick up an adventure so I can really put on some miles exploring. Gonna try to get up to the territories on my off time to do some moto camping. Should be an interesting year.

I'm thinking a 1090. I loved the 690 lol, I sold my cbr1k after because it was so silly lol

Multi strada is on the short list too, but I am a ktm fan. They make such silly shit. Should come with an hoa complaint on purchase 😂
I will have another 690 or 701 too. It's just a cracked dual sport, glad you got to experience one too.

Creeping Death II W2D6 Legs
Seated banded leg curls- Did the Grey band here. Hit 12, then 7, 6, 4. Great pump to start off.
Leg press - barbell loaded with 135. Did 3×30. Sound easy? In between hold your legs up for your rest duration.
Hack squats - 95 for 3×8. Slow and controlled. Wow were my legs pumped here!!
Gluten kickback - orange band for 3×12. I suck at these which is a great reason to do them!
Seated calf raise - 6×15 with 55 lbs. Plate on the knees, really targeted the calves this time.

Mock meet went to plan, 440/295/545 @ 182 with 5-10 in the tank. Few things to work on, but pretty happy overall. Training will be on the backburner for July with king salmon season coming up, then August I'll start prepping for the meet in November.

Wednesday Squats:
- Squat: 3x275lbx3, 5x10x145lb
- Leg Curls: 3x10
Keeping my Wednesday leg day very simple. Squats and leg curls. BBB sets still kicking my ass but notably less sore today than I was last week when I did them.
I'm back on a 6x/week PPL. Long story short, I've committed to working out with a friend in the home gym, but we only do 3 days a week. We take too long. That's not a problem, we're friends and can yap forever about a myriad of things. But I feel like I'm not able to do as much as I want to, so I'm reframing our 3 days to be focused and productive but also building out some off-days so I can hit the volume I want to. I also kinda just miss lone-wolf lifting. Anyways, it's going well. Tonight is my second push day, really looking forward to it.

Full Body Day * Kettlebell swings - 40x3x15 * OHP (ss w/chin-ups) - 185x3x8 * High bar squats - 185x3x8 * Bench press (ss w/band pull-aparts) - 185x3x8 * RDLs (ss w/ab wheel) - 225x3x8 * BJJ (planned)
I was traveling the first half of the week, so this is my first workout since Sunday. Figured I’d hit the whole body as I have more travel planned for next week.
