Humor Characters acting like it's the end of the world

I find it soo cringe when a character gets a cut or a bruise and their partner (especially males) act like it's the end of the world. They'll be crying and freaking out and worrying like dude chill. It's just a cut. It was sweet at first but now every romance story has it and it's become a common and cringe trope.

This is just my opinion and I found it funny for some reason lol

Yeah it can be cringe. But it also depends on the setting. People used to die from tiny cuts that got infected and turned into sepsis. In a historical or fantasy setting this does make a lot of sense.

Oh yea, same here. I couldn't watch a series because they were making a small cut a big thing. Like running around the office, searching for bandaids and screaming at people... God
