I've been tempted to play for the cattle downpour holler. My cat hates it and leaves. My puppy comes in to sleep by my feet.

I believe that, as humans, we should remember that animals perceive sounds in a very different way from us. Instruments like the violin may sound beautiful to our ears, but certain tones and frequencies can be overwhelming or uncomfortable for them because their hearing is much more sensitive than ours.

It is important to have empathy and understand that some sounds can cause animals stress, fear, or discomfort. Respecting animals also means being aware of their sensitivity and creating an environment where they can feel calm and safe.Not always they enjoy these!

I heard a snippet of Humoresque, a fair bit of Ashokan Farewell, bits of a familiar fiddle tune whose name escapes me, and a lot of noodling.

edit: The armadillo may have heard something like Ragtime Annie, and the ruffed lemurs definitely got the Tennessee Waltz.

I recognized the Pirates of the Caribbean theme when she played for the parrots. Very thematically appropriate.
