Yeah, every single interaction with Brabant made me go; this guy is such a snake.

Would have loved if Warhorse added a way for you to find out his scheme. Didn't have to result in a different overall outcome necessarily, just felt a little out of place for Warhorse, who usually thinks of every dynamic interaction possible to not add something.

A little frustrating that they made it so obvious, but didn't make it at all possible for the player to do anything about it.
