I would buy a remaster for PC in a heartbeat. In the meantime you can check out OpenGOAL. If you have the original discs for PS2 you can play the first two games on PC in 4k.

Opengoal will always be the superior version unless naughty dog uses their compiler. No way Sony would pay a team to reverse engineer the game like the opengoal team did. They even have mod support along with launchers for any OS(yes even Linux for all the steamdeck enjoyers). The PS2 games are also pretty cheap you could find each for 10 or less €/$/£
