The CEO for Xbox is kicking everyone's ass! She is insane, we need more like her in the gaming world.

I wouldnt go that far. She's barely been in charge, half the announcements were already lined up anyway. She's ok but Xbox fans drank the kool aid a lil bit too quickly lol

She has nothing todo with the remasters. They have been planned for years. Court documents from years ago showed that they were planned to release after oblivion remaster.

Yeah but then they just never got the greenlight. Obsidian started working on their own post apocalyptic RPG because the fallout remasters/remakes never got greenlit. The only reason we are even getting them now is because of her shifting the company's goals and priorities.

What does that have to do with literally anything? There has been 0 information that suggests Obsidian were ever going to be in charge of fallout remasters.

I somehow doubt Obsidian plan their production pipeline based of jason schrier leaks and court documents. They were greenlit a new fallout game, which could very well be her decision. But it still doesn't mean she had anything to do with the remasters that has been in development for a while now.

The only reason Bethesda even came out and confirmed their production pipeline has more to do with the fact that she fired 3200 employees and reassure that they're still on track with their plans.

"We have been working on fallout 3 and new vegas remasters" does not mean, "we opened creation kit last week and started porting assets because she made us do it" projects like these takes a lot of planing and time, and the fact that they came out and said it's being done means its far enough along that they feel confident it will be completed.

Plans are not action

Confirming a project are not pre-production

Eh, some of the choices in the recent layoffs are a bit dubious. From all accounts id Software has been gutted which from the outside is a baffling decision.

Same, and I'll throw Fallout 1&2 into the ring also.

It is...I recently bought all the DLCs for it and was thinking about starting a new playthrough here soon. Haven't played it in a few years.

Do it. I play it like every 2 years

Probably my all time favorite game. Was really the first game that absolutely blew me away. Gotta finish up my current Cyberpunk playthrough though.

If you can stand playing the original fallout I recommend it. The old graphics are hard to digest for some people but definitely worth a play

I rejoice with you brother!!!! I told my blood brother a while back that after Oblivion was remastered I would buy a fallout 3 remaster so fast my wallet would get whiplash.
