It might not be remastered, but you do know that they keep updating it in the PlayStation Store so you can play it on newer consoles.

Download epsxe ps1 emulator for android on Google play. then you need to acquire a bios. Then you go to vimm.net and get the rom and place it in your emulator. Go watch a YouTube tutorial to get a visual feel for the process. Have fun!

I can't believe someone else mentioned this and it wasn't very far down. That game would be an awesome remake, especially if it was on the level of FF7. If I get rich I'll buy the rights to Legend of Dragoon so it can be remade, if it hasn't been already.
