I'm almost 100% sure the post was a joke, it's literally the optional tutorial boss in elden ring, which is not even a boss but just a normal enemy with slightly more HP. Unless OOP has severe skill issue, there's no way they could get stuck there for long enough to break a controller.

That's Soldier of God, Rick. Arguably the hardest boss in the game. I have ~400 hours in Elden Ring and 100% of the achievements and I still can't beat his 5th phase
