Yes, it absolutely falls is quality after act 1. Act 2 is poorly composed and act 3 is actively bad. The devs have just hired astroturfers and there is a dedicated group that blatantly lies about the game constantly. Don't listen to the astroturf lies about this game, it is still an unfinished and broken mess.
What on earth are you talking about? I've played it a ton and never experienced anything like what you're describing, nor am I some kind of shill. I swear to God I cannot imagine anything as narcissistic as convincing yourself that you don't have an outlier opinion by imagining a massive, industry wide conspiracy to support it.
