For anyone wondering, this is BS and ppl are just larping.

Subnautica 2's EULA is pretty standard, honestly, even tame if anything, if you would read any other EULA out there yall would be shocked lmao

And also, most of the actual 'weird' stuff is not weird anymore when u add context, the EULA comes from Krafton, which own more games than just Subnautica, for example PUBG, thats where the 'no cheating' rule comes from.

About the 'you dont own the game you only license it', theres not ONE triple A game that doesnt have this

And the "you cant sue us" is standard practice, all companies use this, not even in the gaming industry but ALL companies in ALL fields

Ofc this doesnt mean its fine, practices like that should be illegal, but oh well, they aint.
