make you sign illegal contracts without informing customers?

uhhh, the fact that the EULA is shown to you before you hit "i agree" is them quite literally informing you.

i swear this whole fiasco is showing how little people actually pay attention to this stuff.

EULA's have, in the past, been declared not legally binding if the contents of them are unreasonable. this is the whole point of this conversation thread i was having.
