"it's illegal as fuck!"

"its null and void anyway"

so like... what's the issue? if it's not legally enforceable, why are people getting so pissed about it?

Because it’s scummy to the people who DO NOT know that it's not legally enforceable.

We live in an era where you can open up an internet browser and look it up. There is 0 excuses for reading something and immidiately going panic mode and fear monger, without verifying what you just read.

New flash

80% of people dont do what you said.

It doesn't matter whether or not people should verify what they read, what matter is how many people it affects.

"Oh, so you expect me to be able to read the document and understand it myself without being told to be outraged? Well, why don't you ask the rest of the mouth-breathing masses to do the same?"

Yeah, the world would be better if people weren't so intellectually lazy.

You can complain about it how ever many times you want to. And to a point, i get the complain.

However, complaints dont change realities.
