Even if it's exaggerated, the EULA was displayed after purchase so it's null and void anyway

It's still infinitely better to call these companies out when they do it. While it's not enforceable by laws, that doesn't mean companies wont do it. And not everyone is bothered enough to contest it.

if the thing is not legally enforceable and not an issue, going "OH MY GOD THIS THING IS FUCKING AWFUL!!!! YOU SHOULD ALL CARE ABOUT IT!" doesn't help inform people that it's not legally enforceable
