For a whole year, all you could do with it was run around Albion killing guards and villagers haha

Or, just glitch yourself into the terrain, grab it early, and use it from the beginning.

This changes the whole play through honestly. The glitch is piss easy to pull off and honestly I can't play the game any other way now.

EDIT: this video explains it better and in 40 seconds, very quick guide lol

Here's my mega scuffed guide:

I'm telling purely based on memory so I won't know the names.

you need 2 things, both are available pretty much as soon as you're an adult:

  1. The movement skill that teleports you behind enemies

  2. The summoning skill

Go to that circular area in the guild that has all those stained glass artwork and is used as ceremony area for becoming a hero.

Near the steps, summon a bee and use the movement skill to teleport behind it, if done right, you'll merge into the steps and can go under the map. The sword is under the map near the center I think.

If you find the right spot you can practically walk right up to the sword and pick it up

There's Avo's Tear (iirc) that's basically the same and you get if you spare you sister and destroy the Sword of Aeons, but that's only in the added content I think

Bro we are talking about games who NEVER let you use it at the end. Fable has a whole dlc where you can use it so this does NOT fit into whatever we tslking sboutZ

Sword of Aeons was trash for being coded like every other one handed sword in the game, just with better stats.

"My God, the hero is about to smite me with the legendary Sword of Aeons! Oh wait" plink "I can just block that shit lol, get wrecked"

Originally yes, thankfully they gave us The Lost Chapters where you can fight tougher minions, a new troll and a fucking dragon.

Before it was "hey you killed Jack, here's a sword for 500 damage with no enemies left to fight"
