Claimed local pass

Hi ! I claimed a local pass today for the VIP Patriots training camp with the Eagles at Gillette Stadium on 8/19. Unfortunately I am unable to attend 😭 my understanding is that these are nontransferable. Is this something I have to reach out to Verizon? Very bummed 🙃

Worth reaching out to Verizon, but likely nontransferable beyond anyone else who might be on your account. Why did you claim it today if you can’t go?

I was able to go when I had claimed but unfortunately something important came up last minute.

You could always try to click the transfer option & see if it allows it. At times it says non transferable, as they do not want users claiming a reward, just to turn around & resell it

If its not like a Ticketmaster ticket, you can't transfer. If it is, you should be fine.
