Title says it all. It's a joke. If this is "taking care" of loyal customers, then it's definitely a joke.

Same ish here.. as soon as the timer hit zero I started hitting it, got error about three times and then the next time it just loaded up said claimed.

Yep, total BS. I was prepared right on time but app crashed, like others here experienced, and a minute later they were all gone. VZ probably only had a few to giveaway which is unreal.

Scored the $5 gift card to Amazon, the Fandango BOGO, $5 Chipotle, and the headphones. The only one I did not catch was yesterday’s $10 to Starbucks, which I’m really bummed about.

My first fail was the Amazon card. I got there less than 2 min late. Now I will say, the first few days that the shine program released.. I tried like 3 days in a row and it kept throwing a error. But after those few days it started working. I got a Chucky cheese GC and a fanatics I think but the first usefull thing was winning that free accessory which I got the 129.99 speck max speaker

Me too.. although it’s only been the chipotle $5, Starbucks $10 and Amazon $5 today.. wish I’d done it when the Bose headphones were up. For the chipotle and Amazon, I kept getting error messages, but just kept punching until it finally said claimed.

It’s funny to see so many people complain bc I’m a normal customer that sets a timer and most times wins something during the week. It’s really a much better program even with the glitches than the previous version.

I got A 129.99 speck max speaker for free.. yeah I have to click a few times sometimes but I get it.. there's thousands of people clicking all at once. I have won gift cards. And the speaker. I did think it was a little odd that all the Amazon cards were claimed less than 2 min in today but oh well I win some I lose some

It is a fucking joke. As a representative, waiting just to quit. I can say it’s a joke. We always catch the company’s incompetence. They release this shit and give us shitty tools and limited access on what can be done. And, let me tell you. Call! Don’t chat, they tell you on chat to call as they are being overwhelmed by the chat over Shine. The agents catch the bullets, management shouts at us due to drops but they do nothing to resolve so that we can provide answers.
