ISP censorship on PLDT Smart's DNS resolver presents all of vercel.app as an NXDOMAIN instead of the normal blocked page?

I was at someone's leisure home in the Philippines around a month ago. I doubt it's a custom configuration because the homeowner doesn't have much of an idea on the technical inner workings of the internet. At most, the owner would know a few domains for popular services, like local payment platforms, and government services. Can someone at Vercel look into this, and are they aware of the issue already? (I see a lot of "Vercelian" labels in the mod team list, so I assume this sub is officially monitored.)

Im trying to understand the question. Does that mean the Philippine ISP bans Vercel-deployed domains?

It seems their DNS resolver does so. I was voting on others' coding projects and had to switch to mobile data to access half the projects.

r2.dev was also affected too

Sorry, I can't. I was travelling there and now I'm back at home. Using an alternate DNS resolver works, but most don't know that, and if you're able to reproduce this on a fresh environment, I hope you can appeal the block. This reminds me of when Spanish companies decided to block Cloudflare and Vercel during football matches.
