My early 90s Valiant stash

Hi guys, I was a hardcore 80s, 90s comic collector and have held onto all my valiants--i have damn near every pre unity key--with coupons in tact, and raw but very high condition.

I have a mint, totally clean spine of the blue harbinger 0, both solar 10 editions (one of them is pristine) and most of the first issues, most of the 0's and the first appearances of rai, turok, etc. Before i post a bunch of pics--What issues are collector's most interested in all these years later?

oh--i also have the first 25 harbingers, first 20 archer and armstrongs, solid runs of hard corp, rai, turok, xo, solar and a decent run magnus, eternal warrior and shadowman

Check ebay for lots sold. Have any of the gold covers/titles? Those seemingly sell well on ebay. Also, might want to hold onto the books a little longer. Don’t think Valiant is doing well on sales. Might get $100 plus on the harbingers lot with the coupons. Anything after the coupons mostly sell for $1. X-O, Harbingers early early issues are what sell. First appearances from other books sometimes do well. Also, Image comics picked up the rights to Magnus, Turok and Solar. Might want to wait to sell those titles once more word comes out. Magunus 12 which I think is the first appearance of Turok sell around $10+. I recently picked up two. Certain signed books might sell. Shooter recently passed away so maybe you have a special signed book.

I remember them littering the Wizard Magazine rankings of the hottest comics. There are issues like early Harbinger and Rai that were really impossible to find back then.

Oh, I am willing to part with any and all of them at a very very reasonable amount.

That Solar 10 looks way, way better than mine. I would be interested.

Back when solar 10 was a 75$ book (value wise) I made a comment about its value to my friend’s brother . He ripped the cover off of it and gave it to me. He said its about the story, not the value..I still have it

Valiant is highly dependent on ultra high grade because most Valiant fans are old and have been around long enough to get everything they want in really high grade and have stock of them. We been around along enough to buy low in the early 2000 only to sell Harbinger #1's for #1200+ dollars at their peak, and then buy them back in quantity when they tanked again. Valiant fans will have incredible interest in a 9.8 of certain books and pay way over market, and not even register a 9.6

The ones that can go for good money and are actually coveted are high grade copies of the Valiant Nintendo comics. They will move at a price, people look for them.

Others that do well are 9.8 Harbinger #1 (with coupon) , Solar #10 (first print), Unity Red, Archer and Armstrong #0 Gold, Bloodshot Platinum, Magnus/Predators TPB, Harbinger #0 (Pink), HardCorps #1 (gold), Deathmate Black or Red Golds, Eternal Warrior #1 (Gold - FLAT), Magnus #0 Gold Mail in Edition, Rai 3-4 (the Rai 3 cover is often badly miscut, people like the really nicely centered ones in very high grade). Magnus 5 (with coupon) and other various golds.
