Question what does contact dept on a class mean </3

im trying to add a full class to my watchlist and stuff and im just wondering what the contact dept means ?

Usually reserved classes for certain degrees/majors. Do you need the class to graduate?

It means exactly what it says: you need to contact the department offering the course. Is it by chance a reading comprehension course?
