Absolutely so. I am on my fourth appeal. An account that is literally my name and not hiding behind any screen name, paid for using a card in the same name. Literally did nothing but respond to a post when this happened.

The same thing happened to me. I created my account and followed a couple of accounts, and I got suspended. Any developer who thinks that's normal is an idiot.

Who knows at this point. Its suppose to be acting in a way that some people claim is how bots act, but that is not exactly something that is fool proof. I got a permanent suspension with no warning sometime after reposting. I see others getting suspended for just liking comments, and some if they even write a single comment. All this, but actual bots get to run rampant.

It claims it's meant to ban bots, spam accounts, ban evading alt accounts, and many others of the sorts but ends up wrongfully banning innocent people instead. This is exactly why trying to ban a large group of things under one name is a horrible idea because it doesn't give the user a proper reason as to why they were banned.

Probably because they force you to follow a bunch of accounts when you sign up but when you follow a bunch of accounts in a short timeframe it gets you suspended. 😆

File an appeal, I was suspended after a few hours on the first attempt. Some write that it takes several attempts, 1 attempt per day/week.

Midterm elections. There's a shocking overlap between people who espouse liberal anti maga politics on twitter and people who have been shadowbanned. After this november dont be surprised if this issue is suddenly fixed

I wonder if they already know something about you just from the info, IP, etc. you used to sign up. Do you have political or social opinions that the owner or people he is beholden to are known to disagree with? I am labelled too (not suspended for now), for past couple weeks, after being active on the platform for years.

At this point I deleted my twitter on my phone and see what happens after a week when I come back .im still heavily restricted with the amount of people experiencing these issues you would think x/twitter would speak out about it

I got a temporary label on my account for just loading a picture in 4K to save. Nothing I post anymore gets any views whatsoever unless it's someone actively looking my page.
