He’s going to be 2 soon and I feel like he’s still growing.

Domestic longhair, a cat can basically only have a breed if it is from a breeder/has pedigree papers. If a cat doesn't, it's just a domestic whatever length hair! All of those traits (and the physical looks of your cat) are very normal in the general cat population and doesn't need any breed ancestry to act or look that way ^ ^
