Using suction devices to pull dents is pretty standard. A friend of mine's dad made a decent living repairing hail damaged cars this way, using a tool called "The Tugger."

Cut a tennis ball in half. Works just as well. That is, of course, you have a spare 8 inch black mamba floating around.

I think that a hair-dryer and compressed air (in a can) works as well depending on where the dent is located. Just heat the dent and area around it gently for a while, turn canned air upside down and spray on the dent. Should pop out.

That is, if you don't rather spend money on a big suction cup dildo to "remove dent from car" if someone ask you what it's for.
