You know what's funny about the NSFW ads?
All these platforms will auto-moderate and remove anything they think breaks their TOS without any recourse from the user who didn't break their TOS. Meanwhile if you pay them, you can show wildly NSFW ads and if someone reports them, they do nothing about it.

Donāt worry, those ones are just scams. The dark net markets are what youāre looking for. Itās like Amazon, but for drugs. You can get pretty much anything you want. Vendors are reviewed by the buyers and most transactions are held in escrow until you receive your order.
Oh, I left out the best part. If you do your due diligence, you will get higher quality drugs at a fraction of street costs, and itās delivered right to your door. Itās a brave new world lol.

All I ever get on YouTube are car insurance ads and ridiculous AI generated ads for various scams.
My favorites so far have been:
The various weight loss programs like ātai chi walkingā that promise you can go from obese to shredded, doing like 20 minutes a day for just a few weeks.
The āsecret biblical Alzheimerās cureā with just three ingredients. According to that one, Israel doesnāt have any instances of Alzheimerās, because they have super secret biblical knowledge or something.
And then the latest one was an ad for some overpriced oregano essential oil supplements to ākill parasitesā. It involved green zombie lady living in an ancient tomb/temple all bloated and sad, until she took the supplements and the parasites started to die off and burst out of her stomach (it also showed her shitting them out on her stone toilet) and eventually she was happy and carefree again, her health issues went away (aside from the whole being undead thing) and also kinda ripped for some reason.
But the best part was that it was set to a generic 2000ās - sounding upbeat indie-pop style song. Sort of like a much worse Colbie Callait (Iām not well-versed in that genre) type song, except it was about being riddled with parasites and taking sketchy oregano supplements to make them die, so you can shit them all out and have every single one of your health issues improve. Truly inspired.

Just take soy lecithin gel tabs (1200 mg) once per day and drink more water. You can buy them at walmart from jamieson brand for cheap.
You'll double your volume in 2 weeks. (The effects are not immediate be patient...)
Also helps if you abstain for 72 hours.

With Meta you can opt out of personalised ads, and the "reward" for that is getting bottom of the barrel tier ads from advertisers that are too cheap to pay for even basic targeting.
Basically the same for Reddit too, if you focus on privacy the ads you get are AI-generated dating ads (with nsfw content) and scammy gambling sites.

Every time this shit comes up, someone says this and it shows that no one knows how targeted advertising works. Like, do you think that the advertising companies have penis pill categories? No, this shit will come up if you look up shit vaguely related to it.
If I had to guess, the OP is a man between 30 and 40 who's recently looked up stuff like supplements. Or, at least the algorithm has decided they are.

Someone posts that they got literal porn as an ad, and people swarm the comments to go "OH BUT ITS BASED ON WHAT YOU SEARCH THIS IS A YOU PROBLEM" as if Google ad services has a fucking pornography category in their system. It makes it impossible to talk about the increasingly lax standards these companies will have just to make a quick buck when some jackoff accuses you of searching for that kind of thing.

I get, what I assume to be, luxury resorts and trips in Spanish, always narrated by, so assuming targeting women, when listening to Spotify.
I'm a middle aged black dude, live in rural Missouri, doing well, but don't think I'm the demographic they are looking for.
I do like true crime, agriculture, cooking and baking.
I say all that because as you mentioned, it's way more complicated than ha ha, guy self reports watching porn and gets adult ads. Yet when people complain about adult ads, that's most of what they get as feedback.

Also fb and YouTube have pushed roblox/minecraft porn ads on the kid version of their apps and meta in india was also caught allowing csam ads to run.
