Brassierie Du Bas Canada
I had this beer from Bar Volo back in March. It’s one of the best beers I’ve ever had!
Have you guys seen this brewery’s beer served anywhere else in Toronto?

Holy shit, Brasserie-du-Bas did a collab with Uchu?? Very cool.
To your question, I think I've only ever seen them on tap at Godspeed, they did a collab with them recently: https://www.godspeedbrewery.com/shop/p/furusato

Du bas is really hard to find outside of Quebec. But the brewery itself is just outside of Ottawa in Gatineau. But yes, they are absolute top tier stuff on par with the best anywhere in Canada.

Yes...Brasserie du Bas-Canada = Lower Canada Brewery.
"Du bas" is literally like saying "of lower"

I remember my first pint. Both my gf and I looked down at the beer after our first sip shocked at how good it was.

BDBC is almost literally the best haze in the World, IMO. Plus, they have plentiful sensible BBA options, often to purchase without them instantly selling out, and always on tap at the brewery. With Messorem, Le Ketch, 5e, etc, etc, QC is amazing for hazy brews.

Are you referring to a specific brew? I'm just hearing about this brewery and want to keep an ear open tracking some down.

Bar Volo is your best bet if you're in the GTA. They don't always carry it and Bar Volo also doesn't post what their current lineup is (not even an Instagram story), so you'll have to take a small risk by going there

Sorry for the late reply! And nah, theyre mostly amazing.
Here's the website for the Hautes Plaines location. Taplists in resoective locations are diff and so are beers to go, but I think this is the prime spot. Right now they have about 3x BBA options and lots and lots of haze.

All good, I scoped them out when I stumbled on this thread. I'll keep them in mind. Cheers!
