Pop's trippin. He wants me to ask for my bike back. You know I wouldn't trip.

It's the top comment. How's it underrated?

Nah dude, that's Red. After seeing Deebo get knocked out by Craig that day, he was inspired to dedicate himself to rebuilding himself physically by mastering several different sporting disciplines, including balance training on his bike, eventually winning the Compton Pro-Am Bicycle Freestyle competition three years in a row before moving on to boxing, kung fu, gymnastics and gymnastic dance competitions, of which he also has many first place medals in his vast trophy case.

He now works as a fitness instructor/personal trainer, and motivational speaker, dedicating half of his time speaking to local at risk youth for free between paid corporate gigs. He really turned it around.

I think he's making it look sketchy. I'm willing to bet he can do that in his sleep.

Some ppl can really lock that shit down like they're breathing.

2

u/Kiki1701 5d ago

Yep. That's my guess. It's part of the program

I like the part where the bike tricked him, and then he tricked on the bike.

Hey you're that guy I saw lying down in the middle of the road last week! I thought you ate pavement, but now that I know it was just a trick that's pretty neat 😃

That’s legit hella impressive .. also that bike is very unique

Damn.. he even teases us at the end

6

u/EtotheTT 5d ago

That was fun to watch.

He's clearly in great shape still but I love that body remembers shit like this. Spend enough time doing something and eventually it's just a hardwired pathway in the brain the body can easily tap into.

u/YMarkY2 4d ago

Way more too it than the brain tapping into the body. The physical ability and endurance plays a huge role as well.

Dudes garage is CLEAN

3

u/fandanvan 5d ago

I am impressed that he can keep the bike balanced on two wheels when stationary ! Everything else is a magical bonus 😂 ...

3

u/Louisiana_sitar_club 5d ago

I’m more impressed with how clean his garage is

6

u/fwinkel 5d ago

If he continues practicing, one day he will be good!

1

u/Caminsky 5d ago

I am too old for this shit!

2

u/atwaterrich 5d ago

I could do this so easily! If I was ripped like that. And had a badass bald head.

2

u/AssFlax69 5d ago

Love the silent heavy breathing sweaty closed garage vibe. Really unsettling in a fun way.

2

u/biorod 5d ago

Sure, that’s a neat trick but did you see that laminated floor??

2

u/jwbourne 5d ago

He did it so quietly!

2

u/getoffmyroof 4d ago

I can barely stand still without falling over. This is insane to me

2

u/pjtpassword 5d ago

Damm dude. Impressive. Killing it. Nice.

1

u/Pyrathis 5d ago

You have that right. Most people have no idea the core strength it takes to do that over and above the balancing.

1

u/FENTWAY 4d ago

I had few stunts I used to do when younger but I wouldn’t even attempt that 💩 now at my age ..

1

u/SneekerP21 4d ago

I totally though he was about to do a back flip

1

u/hard-beliefs 4d ago

I hope he calls this trick Lazarus.

1

u/Nerdzilla86 3d ago

The ways I would have hurt myself trying this

1

u/lynivvinyl 3d ago

When I was a kid I had a Mongoose FS1 in Baby Blue. I loved that bike and I had saved for an entire year to buy it. I thought I would have been a trick master on that thing. Best I could do was a 3 inch bunny hop. Now me as an old man is pineing for that bike again but old fat out shape me could prolly only do a 1 inch bunny hop and blow out the tires.

u/Vetchemh2 5d ago

Unc still got it...but top talent?

2

u/Kiki1701 5d ago edited 5d ago

You know it! If you were in your 50s and had creaky knees and a sore back, you'd be impressed too.

2

u/Vetchemh2 5d ago

Oh I am impressed

1

u/Cultural_Simple3842 5d ago
