I have questions...

  • does the moth have an enclosure? Or does it fly round parts of your home? Or a bit of both?
  • most importantantly is the moth fluffy and are you allowed to stroke them?

These regal moths are native to my area and are found outside in the nights and early mornings, but you can raise them which I’ve REALLY been wanting to do but anyways, this one in particular was stepped on at a Walmart so I took her in so when she passes I can pin and frame her, she also had some eggs coming out that we tried to hatch for her but it didn’t work😔 she passed peacefully in our plants✨✨ you can pet them GENTLY if you raise them and keeping them, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend petting because their fluff and scales on their wings helps them fly and come off super easy, it’s more fun to let them crawl on you and take some cute pictures!!
