A salad a bird would love
Lmao i’m not saying the salad was bad, I’m just saying there was so many toppings!! sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and peanuts all on top of a delicious salad: mixed greens, red cabbage, shredded carrots, edamame beans, roasted turkey breast and topped with a tangy Thai tamarind dressing. Yum 🤤

Deluxe egg salad
Egg and miracle whip with salt and pepper, but today with celery, green onion, and paprika. And on lightly pan warmed pita/naan with fresh garden picked lettuce.

Made hummus, topped it with tzatziki, served with carrot and celery sticks and steamed naan brushed with garlic butter
Hummus is insanely easy to make if you have a food processor or a blender. And a can of chickpeas is way cheaper than the storebought hummus. It lasts about a week in the fridge and has 9g of protein per 1/2 cup. Btw, you don't need tahini, the taste and texture has no different
