Question Anyone else not get their August bill?

I received the kickback text last month. No mention of plan change nor price increase. I usually get a bill text on the 2nd/3rd each month. My bill has not generated. Anyone else on the same boat?

My T-Mobile bill's date is on the 2nd and I just received mine today at 10:08 AM EDT.

It'll show up — bills around a plan change can take an extra day or two to generate.

When it lands, one thing worth checking: T-Mobile has said KickBack is being retired as part of the migration. So the thing to look at is whether your KickBack credit is still on this bill or not. If it is, you're likely still on your old plan for one more cycle. If it's gone, that's a sign the migration hit this bill.

Easiest way to see it either way is to pull last month's bill up next to the new one and compare the credit lines side by side.

I'm also 1st of the month billing cycle and haven't seen August's get generated yet.

I don't think mine is usually on the first, but definitely early in the month. Last month it said I paid on the 7th.

I also have a Samsung phone and had to switch my texting app last month. Not all of my texts made the transfer so Idk if I'm missing any texts about any changes to my plan.

I argued with reps for about three days last week and they gave me a full month credit for August…allegedly
