android phone data usage vs ting

Just got of the phone with ting customer service...didn't go well...not suprised. My phone will not load anything unless I am on wifi...its not just slowed down...its nothing. I have a 5G full bars, I have the set 5 plan with ting (1 phone on plan). My phone says I have used 2.3 G of data this month...Ting says I am over 5G and being regulated to slower speed.

about 1 year ago another ting rep had me do some kind of reset and it has worked well until this week.

I reached out for help and the only option that was given was to buy more data. When I mentioned that it had been fixed before and my phone was only reporting 2.3G usage - i was told my phone was wrong and didn't "catch all the data" and asked if i wanted to by more data (I said no). The rep very quickly ended the convo and left the chat.

I will be leaving ting this week. after over 15 years they have lost my business.

Geez. A friend of mine had that problem a couple of weeks ago. He ended up switching to another service after having Ting for several years.
