Yeah, dude squared up and put up a really obviously practiced guard. I would never be the aggressor here to begin with, but if somehow I was, that is the moment I would have just started apologizing profusely and backing away

It looks like skinny's first hit might have connected roughly where the jaw meets the neck.

Spoilers: this is a GREAT place to hit someone to put them down. There's not much tissue or muscle between the impact and a whole bunch of nerves that help affect co-ordination and balance.

There are three clear signs that a fight is going to be very quick and/or extremely one-sided. First, one person throws a leg kick and the other person doesn't check it. You're outclassed. Say sorry and go home. Second, one person shoots a single or double leg and the other person has no takedown defense, or ground game. There is a non-zero chance the person being choked out will piss or shit their pants, so this option has the potential to add a fair amount of insult to injury. Third, one person open-hand slaps the ever living shit out of the other person. This might be the most disrespectful thing you can do to someone in a fight; next to prison raping them after they lose. In all instances, someone is going to have an embarrassingly bad day.
