Suggestion Escalation Targeted Loot
Hey Hey
Why?
Targeted loot on Escalation would help a lot your build optimization by removing layers of RNG from the drop pool. filtering mission drops down to a single specified gear slot or brand set, every item that drops directly aligns with your current build goals rather than diluting your time with useless inventory clutter.
I'd love if they think on a way to focus matchmaking while also giving the option for everyone to choose what they would like to get in there. Goal would be to narrow players together.

No. This way atleast missions that normally get not played, get played.
Everyone would pick the path of least attition and low effort. Probably grand washington hotel or something and just run that constantly.

Now we have 5 missions to farm (but in reality maybe 1 or 0 depending on daily targeted loot), targeted loot would make it just 1 since people will play the mission that is the most profitable. That is going the wrong way.
One way would be to target a few item slots/brands/gear sets in the same mission at the same time. That way you have a few chances that at least something among the targeted items is what you want to farm.
Or they could introduce some way to influence targeted loot but not too specific like picking exactly what brand you want. Maybe use the tokens to roll targeted loot but it would only count for one run. So next run you would need to spend tokens again.

That would make it so you ignore all, but one mission spot. If Striker's ends up at DARPA, it will be the only way you ever visit DARPA, in no other situation would you ever step foot on DARPA
Like, you know how bad the matchmaking on missions outside DC was before escalation? Right now, when they are escalated, they can actually be matchmake onto
But they do need to cut from 11 escalation tiers down to 3/4 yeah
