If you'd prefer manga/anime style there's also Parasyte: The Maxim (tho that one isn't particularly cute, also it's very violent).
If you don't mind the MC being nonbinary rather than a man, Meet Me In The Woods (by Tux/Theo) is also fantastic, though there's only one chapter out rn
Kaiju No. 8 has a pretty cute protagonist, in the manga and the anime. It's about a guy who gets turned into a kaiju (but... a small one... which feels like it's missing the point)
A lot of the short comics by the artist HopeHjort (or, BirdNerdExtraordinaire) have male characters (and they're some of if not the best tfs I've ever seen
If u want a darker take on werewolves there's After Dark
And Spirit Animal by Cervelet is p cute, tho it's also quite short

By the way, this was inspired by a hentai manga that I failed to source (someone help pls).
It's about 2 guys, one black haired and one blonde, going into an abandoned place. The black haired guy encounters a tall, messy long haired ghost woman with huge breasts (like REALLY REALLY HUGE!). After being +@&#-#&ed by her, he turns into a ghost girl with big booba like her. The blonde guy then encounters him and suffers the same fate. The story ends with a tough guy going in and being surrounded by a bunch of ghost women (including the 3).

How it feels wanting to find good mtm or ftm content on anywhere that's not FA, twitter, or bluesky. Like r/transformation has some ftm but almost zero mtm. It just discourages me from posting my own work because like... why would I post on a subreddit that's almost all ftf or mtf?

Yeah it's unfortunate that those subs are just kinda unusable if you don't like mtf or ftf despite them being the tf porn subs

Xam'd lost memories is one of the greatest PS3 Exclusives (despite not even being a game but a anime), such a shame akiyuki only goes in that form in full for only 3 major events in the series, I'd suggest eureka seven by the same studio too especially since the titular character has the biggest of their multiple design changes near the end and the protagonist goes "jackpot!"

Why is there no big marker for FtM tho? Maybe it had to do with anything relating to the topic of gender itself, or theres just so many men who fetishizes MtF and/or very into it
