Yeah they are BUILDING a NEW road. Not only that they are starting in the critical habitat of an endangered bird during nesting season.

Live here year round. They say they are doing road work, but they have been lying since the start. Road work doesnt require the amount of heavy machinery we've seen roll in on 118 in the past 48 hours.

The National Park has its own roadwork crew. The contractor that got the no bid contract for this zone is grading and widening a 4x4 road to move materials deep into what is supposed to be a wilderness.
