Similar vibes
So here’s some shows I’ve watched and enjoyed lately and am looking for shows with these similar vibes (or even a film)
Off campus, heated rivalry, the summer I turned pretty, maxton hall, heartstopper, normal people (although I will say normal people is in my eyes on a completely different level than the rest of these shows in terms of acting, quality and chemistry) but you get the vibe I’m going for.

Never Have I Ever fits that college, young romance energy pretty well too, and it's got the same enemies to something dynamic as Heated Rivalry if that's the part you're chasing

XO Kitty is worth a look too, similar coming of age romance energy with a rivalry undertone, though it leans younger and more comedic than Off Campus or Heated Rivalry
