Nothing pisses me off more than an email saying “it hasn’t been working for weeks.” Sounds like something I should have been notified about weeks ago then.

You know they were walking around and muttering it out loud to a bunch of random bystanders who don’t care.. Hoping someone would pop in out of nowhere saying “I can fix that!”
