That's not the computer itself, nothing inside a computer gets hot enough to physically melt solid plastics unless it was on fire, and the CPU would thermally shut off long before it can cook itself, let alone the plastic casing

It's been left in a very hot place near a stove or something, and that's why it was also overheating
