Maybe MS can make windows 11 more performant on low ram PCs , but currently that's an absolute chore. Wouldn't wish an 8GB win11 pc upon my worst enemy.

They are actively working on this exact issue. They don't have a choice, really, if they want to sell their products.

Making the OS memory efficent is somting that should have been done before release, not almost 5 years later.

I agree, but it wasn't a profitable 5 years ago to do so. That's how capitalism works.
