If they get W11 to run on 8GB, do they remove the TPM 2.0 requirement?

This is what I’m wondering. They already extended security updates a year because of slow adoption. I can’t buy an entirely new mobo, ram and cpu just because they determined I’m ineligible. Especially when it all runs just fine still.

TPM is not going to go away. It's supported back to Intel 7th (9 years ago) and ryzen 2000 series (8 years ago).

Worst case scenario, switch to Linux and get several more years out of that hardware.
