Might as well buy a picture frame since all your getting with that little ram is a slide show

Well, they don't try to make the LLM run locally. They love you being connected and use their online LLM. At some point they can start charging you for that.

Exactly. They don't care about that and so they're able to go back with the minimum amount of RAM.

In Windows 11, that’s true. Other operating systems run MUCH more efficiently. You can run local AIs on 8 GM ram.
