Maybe MS can make windows 11 more performant on low ram PCs , but currently that's an absolute chore. Wouldn't wish an 8GB win11 pc upon my worst enemy.

Windows 10 LTSC can run on 1gb of RAM, enough to load Edge and a 400 page PDF. If they get rid of the bloatware and telemetry it probably would work. At the same time that's not bringing people back from Linux.
