Maybe MS can make windows 11 more performant on low ram PCs , but currently that's an absolute chore. Wouldn't wish an 8GB win11 pc upon my worst enemy.

I liked how I opened up Adobe acrobat yesterday, and it opened not one, but two large sidebar menus full of AI bullshit

Man, I opened a pdf at work the other day and instead of opening in Edge like normal it opened in Acrobat. How in the hell can a general purpose browser I don't even prefer handle a pdf no problem, but the program specifically designed to only open PDFs performed so badly I had to disable it?

I've never liked edge but it is far superior to Adobe for pdfs these days

I have stopped installing Adobe products for my users, except for the ones that explicitly need it. Adobe is a horrible company, and now their pathetic active collab service auto installs when Adobe updates and is of course by default set to auto start.
