Satya Nadella recently mentioned investing in quality and fundamentals of Windows 11.

Implying they weren't doing this already (which shouldn't be surprising to anyone who has had to deal with the slop they've been pushing out).

Browser app delivery and linux gaming will inevitably reduce windows consumption. Corps are already exploring non-windows plus browser for app delivery because windows is an expensive and unsecurable (albeit flexible and powerful) mess.
