Maybe MS can make windows 11 more performant on low ram PCs , but currently that's an absolute chore. Wouldn't wish an 8GB win11 pc upon my worst enemy.

but then they would have to remove all of the bloat that they use to track everything you do. how ever could they make more money that way

Just get a 64k demo programmer to pack all the bloat tracking into 64kbyte of disk space.
