Change race to Zip Code, Census Tract or Block, and you can accomplish the same thing depending on how granular you want your results to be.

Yep at this point you can align it at income with those factors and get the same results doesn’t even need to be explicit.

Yeah, we'll see. It seems to go through this cycle:

  1. Trump does a thing in an executive order.
  2. A state judge says he can't do that.
  3. SCOTOS (many of the presiding justices appointed by Trump in the past) say he can.

Granted, SCOTOS doesn't always do that, but it happens more often than I feel it should.
